The Leisure Society
Hello
I want to share the amazing band that is the Leisure Society with the blogging world, its a 7 (usually) piece band and my cousin helen plays the flute in it. They have twice been nominated for the ivor novello award (losing out to Elbow and Lilly allen) and once for a mercury award. Having played at many festivals including glastonbury they are now touring with Laura Marling on her cathedral tour.
ON saturday night i went with my family to see her at exeter cathedral, the leisure society did a 4 piece (helen - flute and vocals, nick - lead vocals and guitar, christian vocals and piano and mike - violin) acoustic set it was really beautiful! After they came to say at my house and we finally got to be by 4 in the morning after sitting round my table drinking wine, whisky and jagermeister ... up for the rugby by 9 all hungover with a bacon sandwich! But there music is amazing! 'Into the murky waters' is their latest album and its very good! Dust on the dance floor and this phantom life are just some of my favourites!

Evening of Thanks
Hello :)
While i wait for it to be 11.10 ish and for Made in Chelsea to be on 4od i though i would write a little about my day. Or more evening where we had our 'evening of thanks' to thank people who helped us get to malawi and let them know what we got up to while we were out there. It went very well, showed lots of photo's a few video's all of the stuff be bought and shared malawi tea, cakes and the amazing game of mancarla with the audience.
I also wanted to share how just amazing skype is! i use it quite a bit to keep in contact with friends all over the world and its free, you can see and hear people for free! far better than a phone! and china haven't blocked it so i talk to my godmother! :D so this is a little thanks to teh skype inventor!
I will do a nice little blog full of photo's all about new clothes i have and how amazing long socks are before i go to rome on thursday! (very excited!)

Who needs silky smooth legs anyway?!
Hello,
I wasn't planning on posting again today but i felt this needed to be shared.
I've been waiting for winter so i can begin to wax my legs in the hope they will be very silky smooth by next summer.
So I decided with my evening before i go out later i would wax my legs as i had let the hair grow so i could do so. So out i got my Veet waxing strips from the box (never opened) and carefully (following closely the instructions) applied them to my leg (no turning back now) and pulled... i won't type what i said but it hurt.
Surely the pain would decrease as i went along though i though?... So, i decided to give it a few more goes. Nope, the pain defiantly doesn't decease.
So, what is the result of this waxing experience i hear you ask!?
A very lower half of my right leg that is covered in little red spots... resembling a plucked chicken. Won't be trying that again for a long time! Back to shaving it is for me!

First Mobile Blog
Hello,
This is the first blog i have ever done that hasn't been typed away on my trusty apple mac, but instead on my new blackberry. I am enjoying the benifits of unlimated internet and that I can blog on the move! So if I think of something I can just write it there and then! which i think is quite exciting!
However I'm not planning on writing much as i don't really have loads to share other than the amazingness of technology! So until I get home and can take some pictures I'm going to finish it here :)

Here today gone tomorrow
Hello
Saying good bye could possibly be one of the hardest things people need to do. Today i said bye to my boyfriend before he goes off to Germany to work. Despite knowing i will still be able to talk to him and see him soon, its hard. It reminded me of when i was little and i used to have to say bye to my dad when we worked away for a night or two. Its just a little different and for a lot longer than a few days!
Right now i am in the car on the way to Leeds for the open day tomorrow with my Dad who is driving.
I also used my incense burner the other day and realised how amazing the blueish smoke looked that comes off it, so i took a few photo's of it....
i don't really think the camera captured it to its best, but it looked quite beautiful and enchanting.

I AM SCARED
Hello,
Ever get that feeling that things are going too well to be true? Well i've got i right now! Far too well, i am now quite worried that something is going to come along and knock me right back into place... and i'm quite liking it in this happy little bubble.
Now there are one of many things that could do this, a few i can think of are the undoubtably large phone bill i am expecting and my dad's fury when he see's it! My slightly scatty way of driving causing me to crash or the shit load of work i have... so probably that one then!
So in true Hannah style what am i doing rather than getting on with this shit load of work?.. Yes i'm writing about it instead as if that might make it go away or at least mask it for a few minutes... which to be fair is kind of is!
So obviously logic told me now when i have so much else to be doing would be a good time to take photo's of me in my amazing new blazer.... so thats exactly what i did!

The meaning of happiness
Hello :)
My last few days have been, i'm sorry to say it again!, amazing :) i've had a really amazing being seeing lots of matt and basically being spoilt, which is something every girl loves!
Meeting the parents seemed to go well :) and then going out and getting pissed went very well, as it is something i am very good at! :P
looking very attractive in that one!
I also saw my little cousins again recently, had a lovely cuddle with baby leo who fell asleep in my arms
he's adorable!
and ollie and me played many games of sit on hannah's head
my little surfing trip on sunday to clear my hungover head! my balance might have been a little off but the weather for a october day was AMAZING!
