Observations On Life...
1. When its wet, and people are trying to battle through the rush hour to get home they turn into angry, aggressive and scary drivers, i don't enjoy driving in situations like that people should chill out more.
2. Being underage seems to mean nothing, apparently at any age you can just get in anywhere (as long as you have a friend who has the same skin colour as you and is 18)
Sample taken from my friends 18th Birthday invite 'We'll just be sticking around the imperial because then underage people only need to break into one pub..". Though as i did this a lot when i was underage i don't feel i can comment...
3. With the sky getting dark at about half 4, this makes my brain think i can stop doing work at about then, ie a very unproductive Hannah.. not good with exams looming.
Also my boyfriend is coming home this weekend and i'm actually so excited i feel like a 5 year old at christmas..
Until next time...

My Week In Photo's
I put new water into my roses and got rid of the dead ones, and though the petals that fell off looked quite pretty :)
I had my hair cut, though i can't work out how to flip the photo!
Went out for my friends 18.. and got him quite drunk! not that anyone else was!
The rain finally stopped and the sky looked quite nice!
I got a new dress from Urban Outfitters!!!! (i'm sorry its taken into a mirror, i know its bad but i don't have self timer on my phone! and my Dad had the camera)
My amazing friend Ailidh made Gingerbeth men.
Until Next Time...

Children In Need
Today the Friday the18th of November is Children In Need where everyone across the Uk pulls together to raise some money for those children most in need. Parents and children fund raise, celebs do sponsored events and everyone pull's together for those who need it.
And even during the recession and times where the cost of living had risen dramatically its amazing how much can be raised and how generous people can be if its giving time, effort or money. I really think it shows what amazing people there are and we should consider our selves so lucky :)

Dance Like No ones Watching
"Dance - an art form. The body - an instrument.
Learn to play the instrument and master the art form."
- Debbie Dee-
Dance had always been a massive part of my life, from age 3 when i first started dancing, or running around pretending to be fairy's with 'floaty arms' as that is pretty much the extend of 3 year old ballet, i knew i loved it.
"It takes an athlete to dance, but an artist to be a dancer."
- Shanna LaFleur

So, Now i can vote
Hello,
I didn't get the chance to write about my birthday about 10 days ago, but i shall do it now instead.
On the 4th (the day before my birthday) the beautiful members of BECCAH, my amazing friends took me out for a meal, and in classic turning 18 style they blindfolded me and walked me to the mystery location
Yes, i have a skirt round my face...
Once i knocked over a good few peoples dinner in the restaurant trying to find my table with a blindfold on i realised we were in Zizzi's
The Beautiful Members of BECCAH, who all gave me lovely presents and as a collective a beautiful bracelet.
ON the 5th was my actual date of birth, and i celebrated with my family, beginning with a drink with my dad at lunch before going home to cake and out for a meal at Harry's. After this me and my friends went out for a few drinks.
Some of my lovely presents!
My Amazing Kurt Geiger Boots
My little Red Riding Hood Coat - H&M
I then was treated to an amazing week with my boyfriend along with the amazing roses he send me and a lovely spa day with my mum.
It made me realise what amazing family and friends i have :)
I am a very lucky girl!!!
UNtil next time...

Today We Remember
Today is Remembrance Sunday a day to remember those amazing, and extremely brave people who gave their lives so we could live in peace. To me this had only been a day means for more to me more recently than it ever has.
When i was younger i was a Brownie, Then a Guide and every Remembrance Sunday i would go down in my uniform and attend the church service and walk up the high street behind the Cadets, always very impressed by their ability to march! I would stand in the cold (and usually the rain) and think of those who died, and that was it.
Now i am 11 years older that the first time i went to the service and i know understand just how extreme the loss of lives was, the loss of a whole generation. And sadly, war isn't over even now and it probably never will be. As humans we don't seem to have to ability to share the world we live in equally and live along side one another.
This year i went down on Friday the 11th with my boyfriend and his mum and stood by our local war memorial and paid respects to those who die. And standing next to him, knowing he will be posted to Afghanistan some time in 2012 made me realise war is far from over and to me its never been more real. I've also never felt more proud thinking about what he's going to do.
Armistice day isn't just about remembering those who died back in the Great war, or the Second world war that followed, its also about remembering those who are still giving their lives every day.
