Me, My Self and I: August 2011

Hello :)

Don't you just love that moment when you have a renewed love for something you forgot you loved? A few days after getting back from the lake district i went to cornwall to go surfing for 4 days, i LOVE surfing! and had a realisation that i'm not as bad as i remember being! i'm actually not bad! I just love the sea, the feeling of working with its power as your surfing is brilliant! What is also brilliant was the male life guard at polzeath in just red speedo's, nice!

Then i got back, packed up yet again and went to live by my self in my friends empty student house for a week. No, this was not some random decision for independence but a solution to me completing d of e. I spend the week (working 9 till 5) at laser summer camp as a leader (or monitor in laser language) And other than being hard and tiring at times it was a brillient week! met loads of great people and kids (aged 3 to 14) and have every intention of working there next year too! ON the thursday night we had a social for the workers and it was Rubix night, so yes get the multi coloured clothes on and get swapping! (despite having every intention of NOT swapping my top a few drinks later and i did... :P) but other than the home brew forced down my neck by will as a suffar and the odd drinks getting served at penguin bar it was a great night out! (not even going to mention the games of pass the ice cube or the skittle vodka)

Now though i am home, a few days to relax and get sorted before beautiful days festival. And getting my braces off :D
